  • One-to-one coaching.

    I will work with individual senior leaders to help them reach the solutions to their identified challenges.

  • Team Coaching

    Sometimes it is a great idea to coach the entire management team to determine the best way to attack a challenge. This can be in person or via Teams.

  • Diagnosis.

    I will conduct a full diagnostic review of the operation, looking at performance, people and processes in order to deliver to the senior leadership an outline of the situation and routes to delivering change as required.

  • Strategy workshops.

    Working with senior leadership teams and Boards we will arrive at the optimal strategic goals and key results needed to achieve the desired outcomes.

  • Action planning.

    Having agreed what the key results need to be for the organisation I can help the team to draw up a realistic change programme for the senior leadership team to deliver.

  • Supporting leaders in delivering change.

    Sometimes the team may want more hands on support in delivering change. In these situations I can work alongside senior leaders to coach and support them in achieving success.

  • Delivering change.

    If needed, I can offer a more active role within the organisation, possibly bringing in a selected team of appropriate experts to deliver the required changes.
